According to internal sources, distance was a major factor in the breakdown of their relationship; However, Anton appears to have criticized his ex Georgia for not making the relationship work.
She shared the cryptic quote on Instagram: “If someone really loves you, distance is not a problem.” It is simply the power to make love grow every day.’
Georgia resides in Essex, while Anton lives and runs his own business in Scotland.

This comes after a source told Sun The two couldn’t make it work and eventually their romance became “too much to handle.”
The source said: ‘Georgia and Anton have split. They really tried hard to make the relationship work, but in the end the distance proved too much to handle.’
The source added: “Anton and Georgia are sad that they couldn’t make things work, but they broke up on good terms and will definitely remain friends.”

But their split may not come as a surprise to fans as Anton fueled rumors of their split over the past week as he spent many hours being supported by his ‘best friend’ Hannah Elizabeth.
And the two ‘best friends’ can’t seem to keep their hands off each other.

The split comes after TV fans questioned their romance since Georgia claimed Anton gave her the ‘ick’ and after spending two weeks convincing the British public their love was real, the two have already taken separate paths, according to The Sun.

The two have made no secret of their close friendship in recent days, as Hannah appears to be Anton’s pillar of support.
Anton linked arms with the Liverpool native as they headed to dinner at Sheesh in Mayfair on Wednesday.
The couple were in good spirits when Anton was photographed leaving a London hotel with the model for a “date night.”
Anton’s mother joined the couple, who became close in the Love Island All-Stars’ South African villa.
On Instagram, Hannah also shared a funny video in which Anton said: ‘Reunited with my wife! The wife, we have a date tonight, you know, I can’t wait.

Although nothing romantic ever came of the pair, Anton and Hannah promised to support each other during their time on the show after finding themselves in a friendship pairing more than once.
Even though Anton and Georgia have enjoyed public dates since returning to the UK, some ITV viewers are not convinced they are the real deal.
