Candidates for the next series have reportedly been told that they must be off for 10 weeks abroad and undergo a psychological and physical assessment.
Sexual health screening and an unannounced drug test will also be required, and the cast will have to indicate whether they are living with someone who is clinically vulnerable, the publication said.
Bosses will also ask contestants about their mental health history and for permission to contact their primary care physician and in another move to help them on the show.

A Love Island representative declined to comment when approached by MailOnline at the time.
