EXCLUSIVE: Love Island will see TWO new boys come into the villa tonight and the girls choose … to reconnect before the end of the week

Love Island sees two new boys coming into the villa tonight and the girls choose to reconnect before the end of the week.

The male islanders are currently waiting in the wings before making their bombs – only a few hours after Ollie Williams, 23, left the show.

An insider said MailOnline producers hope the newcomers will lift the mood and cause drama after Ollie’s sudden departure left the villa in shock.

A source said: “Two new boys will come into the villa tonight and get the chance to date a girl of their choice.

“So far the islanders have received the arrival of twins Eve and Jess, but it will be the girls who are treated to some new talent in scenes filmed later today.

“It’s likely that Love Island bosses will tease the boys’ entrance at the end of Wednesday’s show and viewers will meet the newcomers on Thursday.”

In tonight’s episode, viewers see the moment that Ollie told the islanders that he left the game after three days.

Ollie confesses that he is still in love with his ex-girlfriend Laura Nofer and tells the cast: “I have to be honest with myself and everyone that I still love someone else … I have to follow my heart in this scenario.”

“The girls are being treated”: an insider told MailOnline that producers hope the newcomers “will lift the mood in the villa and cause drama”

But fans of the show are struggling to believe that Ollie’s reasons for stopping are real after the Islander was hit with a 35,000 strong petition to boot him from the series.

Thousands called for Ollie after it was revealed that he was working as a big hunt hunter and had set himself up with a series of dead animals he had killed in Africa.

An insider revealed to MailOnline that the welfare team intervened to support Ollie and gave him the choice to leave – which led to his inevitable departure from the villa.

Former islander Olivia Attwood and student Luisa Zissman agree that Ollie’s exit from the show was encouraged by producers.

Olivia tweeted back to a fan who believed the cover story: “You probably also believe in Santa” while Luisa said, “ITV did the right thing and pushed him.”
