Love Island Australia star Anna McEvoy looks very different after having her prominent lip filters dissolved last year.
Celebrity watchdog account Before & After Influencers posted a gallery of snaps to Instagram on Monday to show off the jaw-dropping transformation McEvoy had undergone.
The before photos captured Anna with full, voluminous red lips that framed her slender facial features.
However, in the afterimage, McEvoy allowed her natural beauty to speak for itself in a wedding photo with her groom in which she sported much thinner lips.
Anna’s lips started dissolving early last year. “She looks more like her previous self in beautiful recent wedding photos,” the watchdog account wrote.

Meanwhile, Anna shared a video on TikTok explaining why she removed my lip filters: ‘I dissolved them because they left two very deep lines.
‘I hated it because it made me look old. My smile is definitely back!’
Last month, Anna walked down the aisle with her fiancé Michael Staples in a glamorous ceremony in Corfu, Greece.

The couple chose to hold their ceremony at the luxurious Courti Estate, described as a “Luxury Villa in Corfu” with nine guest bedrooms.
Anna looked gorgeous in an Alin Le’ Kal wedding dress by Melbourne couture designer.
The flowy dress included a long train with floral embroidery and a boned corset bodice with delicate straps, as well as a thigh-high slit.
However, in the After photo, McEvoy completely dissolved them and let her natural beauty speak for itself in a stunning wedding snap with her groom.
She revealed she was getting married on the Greek island of Corfu early last year, after getting engaged to Michael in October 2022.
Their wedding venue is part of a completely renovated nine-bedroom estate, where the couple’s family and close friends stay.
“We put down a deposit on a wedding venue in Corfu, but Michael and I have never been to Corfu,” she said on her show Where’s Your Head? podcast in 2023.
She rose to fame on the second series of Love Island Australia and won the show with Josh Packham, but they split in December 2020.
