The 26-year-old model was seriously ill, suffering a seizure and severe dehydration after taking the drug when she weighed around 60kg (just 9 stone).
He said he would rather “die” than use Ozempic again, a drug intended to treat obesity and diabetes that has been in global shortage.
Her sister is supermodel Kate Moss, 50, who was the symbol of “heroin chic” in the 1990s because of her slim figure and once declared: “Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin.”
Lottie recalled having the seizure, which was caused by severe dehydration, and said having her face and hands squeezed was one of the “most terrifying” experiences she has ever endured.
She said there were “little things I wish I’d known before taking it” and revealed her weight plummeted to around 53kg within a few weeks.
After being examined by medical professionals, Lottie learned that the dose of Ozempic being injected into her leg was meant to be prescribed for someone weighing at least 100 kilos, almost twice her size.
Lottie explained: ‘A few months ago I wasn’t feeling happy with my weight, I had a friend and she was able to get it for me.
‘It was transparent, from a doctor, but it wasn’t like you went to a doctor’s office and they prescribed it for you, took your blood pressure and ran tests, which is what you need when you take something like Ozempic.

‘At the end of the day it’s a drug, it’s dangerous and it’s really intended for weight loss for people of a very large size.
‘When I was taking it, the amount I was taking was for people who weigh 100 kilos or more and I am in the 50 range.
‘It’s those little things I wish I’d known before I took it. But I took it, they inject it into your leg, and it was the worst decision I ever made in my life.

Speaking on her Dream On podcast, Lottie said she weighed around 60 stone before dropping to 57 stone after her first dose and her lowest weight was 53 stone – just over four stone.
