Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass Turned Down $600 With Kim Kardashian’s “Swag Bag”


Los Angeles mayor Karen Bass turned down a Kim Kardashian Skims swag bag.

Reuters editor Ben Welsh reported that the Kardashian family sent the mayor $600 worth of items from Kim’s shapewear and clothing company, according to a log received via a public records request. The swag bag contained Skims items, liquor, hot sauce, makeup items and more.

But of the more than 130 gifts sent to Bass, the one from the Kardashians she received in April was one of the few she refused to accept.
