Lori Vallow’s niece “knows where her aunt’s missing children are but refuses to cooperate with the police”
Lori Vallow’s niece may withhold information about the whereabouts of the missing children of the ‘cult’ mother for investigators, suggesting new court documents.
Melani Pawlowski was tied to the disappearance of Lori’s children Joshua “JJ” Vallow and Tylee Ryan at the end of December when her ex-husband, Brandon Boudreaux, claimed to have followed her aunt in a dangerous doomsday cult and suggested that their radical religious beliefs played a role in the business.
Brandon and Melani are embroiled in bitter custody of their four young children since the mother suddenly applied for divorce in the summer.
In a new legal case, Brandon states: “Melani is involved in a cult in which countless members, adults and children have been killed like flies.”
He further claims that his ex-wife knows where JJ and Tylee are, but refuses to cooperate in the investigation.
“Melani’s knowledge of the whereabouts of her aunt’s two missing children and her unwillingness to cooperate in law enforcement is discouraging,” FOX10 states.
It also claims that Melani’s current husband, Ian Pawlowski, whom she married on November 30, told the police that she “says that children are sometimes full of light and then just get dark.”

Lori arrested Thursday in Kauai on charges of child letting and deserting after she failed to comply with a court order to produce JJ and Tylee to the authorities in Rexburg, Idaho by January 30. She is shown in court on Friday evening
Brandon’s declaration came to light days after Lori was arrested Thursday in Kauai on charges of child letting and deserting after she failed to comply with a court order to produce JJ and Tylee to authorities in Rexburg, Idaho, by January 30.
She is being held instead of a $ 5 million bail awaiting extradition to Idaho.
Lori and her doomsday author husband Chad Daybell, whom she married weeks after her children were missing, fled Rexburg at the end of November, hours after the police started asking questions about where her children were.
Police say the couple refused to cooperate with investigators and repeatedly lied about where the children are.
They became the target of a national media fire storm with the revelations that the police are also investigating the mysterious deaths of both their previous spouses and Lori’s brother, as well as the claims of family members that they are members of a dangerous Doomsday cult.
Brandon has long argued that Lori’s supposed cult ties were related to the disappearance of her children and the three dead, as well as an attempt at his own life last fall.
He was the target of a drive-by shoot on October 2, just when he came home from the gym in Gilbert, Arizona.
Brandon told the investigators that he saw a rifle with a silencer emerge from the back seat of a 2018 Wrangler Jeep seconds before a bullet smashed the driver’s side window of his Tesla and missed his head a few centimeters.
The police later determined that the Jeep was registered with Charles Vallow, Lori’s former husband who was shot by her brother Alex Cox in July.
The new court said: “Brandon believed that Melani, his then wife, had a million dollars in reasons to have him killed … hoping to cash in on the policy to help support the cult she is supposed to be a part of is of.
“Melani left Arizona almost immediately after the attempt on his life, without leaving a trail and leaving her children behind.”
The submission was a response to a recent petition that Melani had submitted to change their custody agreement.
Brandon claims that Melani is now looking for the amendment because “she thinks that the suspected death of her uncle, Alex, somehow freed her from her role in Brandon’s life attempt.”
Alex Cox died on December 12 in a house in Gilbert. His death is being investigated and the results of an autopsy to find out the cause have not yet been released.

Chad’s wife Tammy Daybell (pictured together) was found dead in mysterious circumstances in October, just two weeks before he married Lori
A search warrant discovered earlier this month suggested that Cox might have been investigated for murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Lori’s estranged husband Charles on July 11.
Charles, who had filed for divorce months earlier, had gone to Lori’s house in Chandler, Arizona to pick up JJ, the couple’s adopted son, when they had a physical fight.
Lori’s brother Alex Cox died under mysterious circumstances on December 12
Cox told the police that he intervened and Charles hit him with a baseball bat. He went to get his gun and shot Charles in the chest twice.
Police initially determined that Cox acted in self-defense, but the investigation was reopened in the midst of a search through several states for JJ and Tylee.
Weeks after Charles’s death, Lori moved her children from Arizona to Idaho, where her future husband Chad lived with his then-wife Tammy.
Tammy was found dead under mysterious circumstances on October 19.
The 49-year-old’s death was initially ruled as natural causes, but an investigation was opened after the police heard about Chad’s rapid marriage to Lori while searching for her children.
Tammy’s body was dug up on December 11 and the results of her autopsy have not yet been released.

Lori was arrested Thursday night in Kauai and appeared in court the next day, where a judge decided against her motion to lower her bail of $ 5 million.
Her lawyer Dan Hempey had argued that Lori’s bail was reduced to at least $ 10,000, and said she was not a flight risk and had no passport.
Hempey also scolded the authorities for publicly detaining Lori after photos of the arrest outside her rented apartment had been published by national media.
“We remained prepared to produce her as soon as the police wanted her to be produced,” said her lawyer Dan Hempey.
“Instead, she was arrested and the media called us all day. It looks like it was made for the media at the expense of the taxpayer. “
In response, the Prosecution has made a declaration that implies that it poses a risk to the community and undertake illegal activities.
“She has no ties to this island apart from a rented apartment,” the prosecutor argued. “If there ever was a case that was suitable to refuse a bail, this is the case.”
The judge denied the request and pointed out that Lori had already fled from Idaho, where the charges were filed, and that she was accused of obstructing justice.
Lori is scheduled to appear in court again on March 2 for an identity hearing – the next step in the extradition process that can take up to 90 days.
Her husband Chad was in the public gallery during the hearing.
He had refused to answer questions from reporters outside the court.

Chad is seen in court during his wife’s hearing on Friday
The appearance of the court came when new details emerged of the last known whereabouts of the missing children of Lori, revealed in a statement filed two days before the arrest by Rexburg Police Detective Ron Ball.
Tylee, as it turned out in court documents, was last seen on September 8 when the police believed that Lori took her on a day trip to Yellowstone National Park, which stretches across the border between Idaho and Wyoming.
Police say they have a photo taken from Lori’s iCloud account of Tylee at the park entrance.
JJ was last seen at school in Rexburg on September 23.
The documents reveal the latest known footage of the seven-year-old, recorded on a neighbor’s security camera, and let him play outside of his house on September 17.
