Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy claims that President Joe Biden is not “actually running for president” because he is being controlled behind the scenes by the Democratic elite.
He also suggested to DailyMail.com what many had speculated — that Susan Rice, Biden’s outgoing domestic policy chief, would leave the White House to work for the campaign. Ramaswamy said Rice is one of those.
The biotech millionaire said Biden’s “cognitive deficit” is a “trait” of those who want to control him.
“I think the biggest travesty is the idea that Biden is actually running for president,” Ramaswamy said in a quick phone interview. “He’s not actually — he’s the management class, and they’re positioning him as a puppet to push their agenda.”

Ramaswamy is one of the few Republicans to actually enter what is expected to be a crowded primary race.
He joins the field with former President Donald Trump, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley and former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson. There are dozens who have been rumored to be considering running, including Florida Gov. Ron DeSantos.
Ramswamy criticized the Democratic National Committee (DNC) for not holding primary debates, something that usually happens within parties when an incumbent president is running for re-election.
He continued, “And I think the fact that the DNC is also silencing any debate, they won’t have two major debates, says how far they are willing to go to support their puppet.”
There are currently two longtime Democratic candidates vying for the nomination against Biden — author Marian Williamson and attorney and dissident Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
I think the fact that Biden has a cognitive deficit, that’s not a fault for them, that’s an advantage. This is what allows him to be controlled and taken over by the administrative administrative bureaucracy below him,” Ramaswamy detailed his theory to DailyMail.com.
He said the DNC’s decision not to hold debates is Democrats’ way of “spitting in the face of their base.”
The “administrative elite” that controls Biden is the “middle to upper classes of the Democratic National Committee,” Ramaswamy said, as well as “people who serve on nonprofit boards and the administrative donor class of the Democratic Party.”
