Marvel star Jack Veal shared an update on his heartbreaking battle with homelessness.
The 17-year-old actor, known for his role as Kid Loki opposite Tom Hiddleston in Loki, recently went viral on TikTok and revealed he was living in a caravan in London after escaping from what he described as an abusive home.
‘Hi. “I’m a famous actor, I’m 17 and I’m homeless,” he said in the video on Monday. “I haven’t said much about what happened in my life, but I think it’s time to reveal the truth. Without going into too much detail, I was abused at home. It was physical abuse, emotional abuse and so on.”
Less than 24 hours later, Veal shared his latest update with a much more hopeful tone.
“I just got a call from social services saying they want to meet with me tomorrow to possibly get me into foster care, support and accommodations,” the actor said as his eyes filled with tears.
‘I don’t know what you did, but word got out and it really helped me a lot and they are now taking action. They’re really doing something, so God bless you all.”

The 17-year-old actor, known for his role as Kid Loki opposite Tom Hiddleston in Loki, recently went viral on TikTok and revealed he was living in a caravan in London after escaping from what he described as an abusive home.
He continued, “I will let you know how the meeting goes and there are no promises, but this is the first time they are considering me for housing so thank you, thank you very much. I love you all.”
During Monday’s unfiltered TikTok, Veal also opened up about his mental health struggles.
‘I didn’t have a good upbringing. I struggle with mental health. I have autism, ADHD and am being screened for bipolar disorder and psychosis.
‘I can’t stay with my grandparents’ because my grandfather is terminally ill. I have nowhere else to go and I need help.
‘Social services refuse to help me, despite what I have told them. I’m desperate.’
Jack then turned the camera around to show the area where he is currently staying while looking for help.
He said: ‘I slept on the street. I am currently sleeping in a caravan that has had its windows smashed, is unsafe, and is two hours away from work, making it difficult for me to get to work every day.
‘It’s difficult. Life is difficult. Right now I have nothing else. I implore you to just share this, do something, spread the message about how the government treats children.
‘I need help. Please share it, please share it with whoever you can. You don’t have to pay me anything, I don’t need anything. I just want you to make this as viral as possible.
“I’ll get some more stuff out there, but please, I need help.”
