Sam Pang delivered a brutal punch to Amy Shark during the Logie Awards at The Star in Sydney on Sunday night.
The Australian comedian, 49, took the stage just after the singer, 37, performed her new hit Can I Shower At Yours? and sampled her song choice.
Meanwhile, viewers took to social media to call Amy “awful” and “talentless.”
Sam ran up the stage as Amy walked away following her performance, happily waving to the audience who gave her a round of applause.
‘Ladies and gentlemen, the amazing Amy Shark!’ she began herself, allowing the applause to die down.

While hosting the night of TV nights, the radio host said Amy should not have played any of her new music, which viewers criticized as “awful” and “talentless”.
She tore the category apart, going head-to-head against Ayesha Madon, Chloe Hayden, Flex Mami, Kween Kong, and Lilliana Bowrey.
However, it seemed Amy couldn’t rest, as she was later criticized on Twitter for her “hopeless” and “talentless” performance at the Logie Awards.
“Todd McKenney’s acting is still better than Amy Shark’s,” one person wrote, referring to the Dancing With The Stars judge who recently landed a role on the ABC drama Significant Others.

Another tweeted: “When did Amy Shark start incorporating white girls dancing into her performances?”
‘I reset my Twitter or whatever it’s called to say how the hell Amy Shark won that. She is absolutely desperate if that last performance is anything to go by,” added a third.
Someone else wrote: “It’s a bit ironic that someone as talentless as Amy Shark won ‘best new talent’. Her performance was also horrible.
Amy won the award for her role as a judge on the Australian Idol reboot alongside Kyle Sandilands, Harry Connick Jnr and Meghan Trainor.
