Logan Paul poses with former President Donald Trump to preview his latest podcast episode

Logan Paul has teased the release of a blockbuster episode of his hit podcast tomorrow, with former President Donald Trump as his latest superstar guest.

The YouTube sensation turned WWE wrestler previously held the number one spot on the podcast charts with his show ‘Impaulsive’, and his ratings are set to rise again this week with Trump’s appearance.

Announcing the release of Thursday’s episode, Paul posed for a photo in a suit and boots with the former president, in which the pair held Paul’s WWE championship belt.

In another image, Paul and his co-host Mike Majlak are seen at the president’s home interviewing him for the show, with bottles of his Prime drink placed around the room.

A source close to Paul told Mail Sport that the Trump camp reached out directly to ask to take part in the podcast, as he continues his presidential campaign ahead of the November election.

Additionally, following his interview with Trump, Paul and his team approached President Biden to offer him to also appear on the show.

The announcement of the latest episode featuring Trump left fans divided, with many excited to hear it and many others angry that Paul is giving airtime to “a convicted felon” on his show.

One fan wrote: ‘Logan picks the right team! The team that wants a better united country’, while another added: ‘Incredible, come on! Trump 2024’

On the opposite side of the fence, many of Paul’s regular fans are attacking the YouTube star, who has 23.5 million subscribers.

Why would you give it airtime? “Shameful,” one comment read, while another corrected Paul by labeling Trump a “president” by noting, “Former president.” Currently convicted offender awaiting sentencing.

On May 30, Trump was found guilty of all 34 counts of falsifying business records in a landmark trial in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Trump is now awaiting sentencing in July, and each of his convictions carries a potential maximum sentence of up to four years in prison.

Speaking outside the court after the decision was announced, Trump said: “This was a disgrace, this was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge.”

‘The real verdict will be on November 5th by the people and they know what happened here, and everyone knows what happened here.

‘We didn’t do anything wrong. I am a very innocent man. Okay, I’m fighting for our country, I’m fighting for our Constitution. Our entire country is being manipulated right now. “This was done by the Biden administration to hurt or injure an opponent, a political opponent.”

He added: ‘I think it’s just a shame. And we will keep fighting and fighting until the end, and we will win because our country has gone to hell.’

It has yet to be announced what Trump will discuss on the podcast episode, with Paul only revealing that it would be released on Thursday.

In the publication he wrote: ‘United States Champion. President of the United States @realdonaldtrump.

‘From an interview for a college scholarship at 18 (which I didn’t get) to an interview with the president at 29. The excitement is real. The podcast is out tomorrow @impaulsiveshow.
