A Russian freight train derailed Tuesday in Bryansk, bordering Ukraine, as a result of an “explosive device” planted on the tracks, according to the region’s governor.
“An unidentified explosive device exploded near the Snezhestakaya train station,” Bryansk Governor Alexander Bogomaz said. “As a result of the accident, a locomotive and several carriages of the train derailed,” he added.
