Former WAG Lizzie, 56, put on a busty display in the dress which featured a high slit and beautiful design at the top.
Also looking stunning was Kate, 54, better known to most as Zodiac. She was wearing a dark green dress with pleats and flares.
Kate starred on the hit game show from 1993 to 1996 and, outside the show, was a pole vault champion and the first British woman in history to jump over three metres.
Lizzie also posed with her good friend Bobby Davro, at her first big event since suffering a stroke.
