Hard to miss! Liverpool FC star Mo Salah continued to show off his impressive physique in neon yellow shorts as he hit the beach during a Mykonos holiday.
Salah signed for Liverpool in 2017 for a then-club record transfer fee of £36.9m.

A fitness expert revealed to FEMAIL that Mohamed’s routine is likely optimized to include a balance of exercises, especially cardio.
Fitness trainer Isabella Murray added that Mohamed’s alcohol-free lifestyle also plays a huge role.
“While lifting weights is essential for muscle growth, the definition of Mo also comes from Pilates,” he said.
“Pilates muscle definition can be different from weight lifting due to its difference in training principle and targeting different muscle fibers for an overall toned appearance.”
Weightlifting typically involves “lifting heavy weights for a few repetitions,” Isabella explained.
Keeping cool! The Egyptian striker showed off his striking muscles in a pair of skimpy neon yellow shorts as he headed into the ocean for a dip.
“Using a few repetitions targets the fast-twitch muscle fibers responsible for strength and power, which can lead to hypertrophy (muscle growth) and increased muscle mass if supported with a strict intake of protein, hydration, calories and enough sleep.
For its part, Pilates focuses on ‘controlling each movement slowly’.
‘[This] will engage both fast and slow twitch muscle fibers, focusing on muscle control and lengthening.’
Because of this, “muscle toning, stamina, definition and increased core strength, stability and postural alignment” come together to create a fully sculpted physique.
“Mo would also have been doing heavy abdominal exercises, focusing on all areas of the abdominals, transverse, rectus, external and internal obliques,” added Isabella, commenting on the footballer’s impressive abs.
“This would include moves like crunches, bike crunches, planks, seated punches, and wipers to cover every area of the abs.”
Meanwhile, Mo could be the next high-profile player to move to the Middle East after a Saudi Arabian official urged clubs to go after the Liverpool star.
