Liverpool manager Arne Slot was unsure of the severity of the problem after his team’s victory over Crystal Palace.
Alexis Mac Allister was taken off at half-time against Palace due to injury and Dominik Szoboszlai replaced him.
As reported by Albiceleste WorldHowever, Mac Allister arrived with the Argentine team in Miami before the next World Cup qualifiers.
Argentina will face Venezuela on Thursday before hosting Bolivia on October 16.
After the game against Palace, Liverpool manager Arne Slot admitted that he was unsure whether Mac Allister would join the Argentina team.
Argentina tops the CONMEBOL standings having won six and lost two of its eight matches so far.
In his post-match press conference, Slot said: “He left due to injury. But at the moment it’s hard for me to judge how bad he is.
“I could have continued playing, as you saw, because it didn’t happen even a second before the break.
“But he felt it too much and said, ‘I don’t think it’s good to keep playing, because you never know if I’ll make it worse.'”
