Liverpool star Fabinho broke in on Wednesday night with his family celebrating Reds’ Premier League title in Anfield with jewels and a stolen Audi from his home in Formby

Liverpool midfielder Fabinho was home to a break-in on Wednesday night when he celebrated the club’s Premier League title win.
The Brazilian midfielder’s house is believed to have been targeted while it was empty, with the burglary understood to have taken place sometime between 3:00 pm on Wednesday afternoon and 4:00 pm on Thursday morning.
Police said a number of jewelry items were stolen in the Formby burglary, while a gray Audi RS6 was also taken and later discovered and recovered in the Wigan area.

The incident occurred sometime during the involvement of the Brazilian international at Anfield
The thieves are believed to have entered his home as the 26-year-old in Anfield celebrated the club that first raised the Premier League trophy after their 5-3 win against Liverpool.
Residents, including Fabinho and his family, discovered that a burglary had occurred when they entered the house, police said.
A Merseyside police spokesman said, “Detectives in Sefton are asking for information after a burglary in Formby.
“The police were called this morning (Thursday, July 23), when residents entered their home, to hear that the burglary had been committed.

“There was no one at the property at the time of the incident, but it was thought that the burglary occurred sometime between Wednesday, July 22, and 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 23, at 3:00 PM.
A number of jewelry has been stolen, in addition to a gray Audi RS6, which has since been recovered near Wigan.
“The house and car have been forensically investigated by crime scene investigators, and there is camera surveillance in the area.
Detectives would urge anyone with any information about this incident, particularly anyone nearby, to shoot dashcam footage showing a gray Audi RS6 to get in touch. The Brazilian international joins a large number of current and former Liverpool players to have their homes targeted while playing a match.
Sadio Mane’s home was broken into during a Champions League last 16 draw against Bayern Munich in February 2019.
Previously, Dejan Lovren and Roberto Firmino, as well as former stars Pepe Reina, Daniel Agger and Jerzy Dudek, were among the targets of thieves.
