Between the two teams, seven games have been played and exactly zero wins. Both teams have shown flashes of match-winning football (Brisbane more so than North) but have been held back by persistent flaws which Chris Fagan and Alastair Clarkson have been working to remedy.
One of these two sides will leave the finish line this afternoon for 2024. The Lions are heavy favorites, and one would expect last year’s runners-up to beat last year’s second-to-last team.
