The Baseball Bar-B-Cast has taken the show to the road for the 2024 Major League Baseball All-Star Game in Arlington, Texas. Jake Mintz and Jordan Shusterman are live in the studio to bring you a sneak peek of all the action from Sunday’s MLB Draft.
The guys look at the top ten prospects projected to go in the draft, as well as make their picks on who the Cleveland Guardians could select at #1 overall. They also talk about the push for the #74 pick in the draft by the Los Angeles Angels, which happens to be the pick they received for the signing of Shohei Ohtani with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Jake then challenges Jordan to figure out which players are in the top 20 for best-selling jerseys so far this MLB season and they discuss some very notable snubs from the list, then give their picks for this week’s Good, Bad and Ugly.
