Lisa Vanderpump joked about paternity of Kristen Doute’s baby following the star’s recent pregnancy announcement.
The Vanderpump Rules alum, 41, is expecting her first child with fiancé Luke Broderick.
During a guest spot at the Housewives Cup On this month’s podcast, Lisa, 64, revealed that she “never” talks to Doute, who now appears on VPR spinoff The Valley.
When one of the hosts brought up her baby news, Vanderpump responded with the comment, “I haven’t heard that.” How the hell did that happen? Who is the father? Do we know?
The hosts then let her know that Kristen is expecting a baby girl with Luke.
‘Oh, are you getting married?’ Lisa then asked before admitting, “I’m not really that involved in The Valley, even though I’m a producer.”

Once Kristen found out about the dig, she shared a screenshot of a Page Six article about her former boss’ statement and added a clown emoji.
Adding another element to show his reaction, he soundtracked the Instagram Story post with rapper Pitbull’s 2009 song, Full of S**t.
Scheana Shay, who used to star alongside Doute on Vanderpump Rules, came to her defense in the latest episode of her Scheananigans podcast.
On Friday’s installment of the show, she said, “One thing was that the host brought up the exciting news of Kristen’s pregnancy and Lisa’s response was, ‘Do we know who the father is?'”
“I just want to say, with all due respect, it was a little shady.”
She explained: “It’s very shady.” But especially because Lisa is a producer on The Valley.
Shay, who has been removed from Vanderpump Rules as the show searches for a new cast, added, “You know who Luke is.”
‘You know he’s a cast member of this show. This season they get engaged. And if you don’t know who someone is on a show you’re producing, why is your name listed in the producer credits?

Kristen and Luke got engaged last September and their baby announcement came three months later.
Scheana’s monologue continued: “Basically, it’s just a paycheck (for Lisa). Knowing the struggles that Kristen has openly shared on her path to becoming a mother and (knowing) the loss of her pregnancy… even if you don’t like someone, it’s a little off-putting in this whole motherhood thing. How difficult is it to say “I wish you the best”?
Shay also weighed in on why she thinks there is tension between the former employer and the employee duo.
“I feel like because Kristen has always stood up to her and never leaned in and said, ‘Okay, Lisa is the boss and the producer,’ like she’s going to tell her how she feels. Whereas I’m going to be nice and respectful and just say, “Yes, ma’am, it’s okay. Hop? At what height?”
Doute showed off her diamond engagement ring after Broderick popped the question on a yacht in Maui, Hawaii, earlier this year.
She captioned photos of the proposal on social media: “I’m wrapped around your finger like this ring I’m wearing.” Of all the fish in the sea, you chose me.’
