The former model, 52, looked nothing short of gorgeous posing in a black and red floral dress by Coco Fennell at the Lulu Guiness party at the Twenty Two hotel in Mayfair.
The TV presenter cinched her waist with a statement black belt and added a flared black cardigan to her floral look.
The star accessorized with a quirky Lulu Guiness shell bag and opted for soft makeup.
And the former radio show host was joined by Lady Amelia Windsor, 29, who wore a casual look with jeans, a red checkered scarf and a navy blue jumper.
Ashley James was also seen at the star-studded party in a black and multi-color floral dress that featured a plunging neckline and statement collar.

The three ladies enjoyed a night on the town, alongside the likes of actress Corinna Brown, 25, model Charli Howard, 33, and actress Bethany Antonia, 26.
Lisa’s night on the town comes after she opened up about her body confidence in a video shared on Instagram last month.
Alongside a clip of her posing in a khaki dress and jumping into the pool, she wrote: “For me, body confidence on vacation always starts with a good swimsuit – fit is crucial.”
“I’m a different size from the top to the bottom half and I find that a lot of the bottoms are baggy and saggy and have too much material, which I don’t think is very flattering – a skimpier pair of pants isn’t for everyone. But My suggestion is that you try it, you might like it.
Lady Amelia Windsor revealed this week that she enjoys life’s little luxuries, including £95 bamboo pajamas and dry-cleaned bed linen.
The Notting Hill-based royal spoke to Hello magazine about the little gifts she likes to give herself.
Amelia, granddaughter of Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, said she likes to wear her “super soft” Stripe & Stare pajamas which are made from bamboo and cost between £55 and £95, depending on the material used.

Corinna Brown, 25, opted for a casual look in a pair of baggy black pants, a gray sweater and a matching gray beanie and New Balance sneakers.
Charli Howard, 33, wore a striking maroon leather trench coat with fur cuffs and collar and a matching maroon baseball cap to the event.
When Amelia goes to the kitchen, she likes to do it with “good quality” oil from Citizens of Soil, which is produced solely by women.
The model said: “I also love good quality olive oil from Citizens of Soil, created by producers in Greece, Spain and Italy.”
As a Londoner, Amelia said she likes to spend a night on the town at a rooftop bar sipping Paloma tequila cocktails, before going out dancing.
He also said his favorite meal is enjoying a £25.50 plate of “organic roast chicken with roast root vegetables”, from the Duke of Cambridge in Islington.
Meanwhile, Ashley James enjoyed a night off from her parenting duties.
She recently spoke about how she simply wants to “be busier and busier” while weighing in on the debate over working mothers.
The presenter, 37, spoke about how to make the right decisions for her family and confessed that ‘she is not in a position to slow down’ and will continue working.
