The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills alum is no stranger to daring photo shoots and experimenting with fashion, as her Instagram account features numerous photos of her fashion-forward style and sexy poses.
Lisa recently shed some light on how she maintains her exquisite physique, stating Us weekly: ‘I’ve had the same exercise routine since I was 16. I started Jazzercise and have been consistent with exercise ever since.’
Her main workouts are dance and yoga, interspersed with Pilates, walking and spinning, and she tries to exercise five times a week.
Lisa has chosen an ‘Everything in Moderation’ approach to her eating habits which has served her well over the last 40 years.
Meanwhile, Harry, who has Delilah Belle, 25, and Amelia Gray, 22, with Lisa, as well as son Dimitri, 44, with ex-wife Ursula Andress, launched new cooking show In the Kitchen with Harry Hamlin and explained that He often takes on the main cooking duties in his home.
He said: ‘I cook every day at home… mainly because I like what I like and I want to eat what I like, and if someone else cooks, it won’t be what I like. That’s why it’s very selfish of me to cook for myself and the family.’
Harry recently insisted that time hasn’t had an impact on his actions in the bedroom and that he doesn’t need any help in that department.
