Lisa Kudrow is clarifying Jennifer Aniston’s recent comments.
The 60-year-old actress addressed her former co-star’s feelings: “I hated the way the live audience laughed during jokes while filming Friends.

The Comeback star explained to the outlet: “God bless them. They were so excited to be there that sometimes the laughter was longer than if they had laughed at anything else.”
Lisa added: “I thought, ‘Okay, take it easy. It’s not that funny. And there’s more to say!'”

Last month, Jennifer sat down with Quinta Brunson from Abbott Elementary for a conversation to VarietyThe actors of ‘s about actors and remembered the comedy.
“By the way, Lisa Kudrow hated it when the audience laughed,” the 55-year-old actress said.
She was like, “I’m not done! It’s not that funny!”
Jennifer also got emotional reflecting on spending Friends premiere day with the late Matthew Perry, ahead of the show’s 30th anniversary.
“It’s so strange to even think that he’s 30 years old,” the Murder Mystery actress reflected.
‘Because I remember the day it was going to premiere on television, on NBC, Matthew Perry and I were having lunch somewhere and we knew that Lisa was going to dye her hair.
“We ran into the salon and I snuck up on her (she was at the sink), grabbed the nozzle from the guy who was supposed to be doing it and started washing her hair. It definitely got out of hand and that was a shame.”
The Comeback star said of the live audience: “God bless them. They were so excited to be there that sometimes the laughter was longer than if they had laughed at anything else.”
Reflecting on her attitude during those tapings, the Friends alum added, “I was like, ‘Okay, take it easy. It’s not that funny. And there’s more to say!'”
The iconic series ran for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004, and Jennifer commented: “The excitement we had, it seems like it was yesterday.”
She also confessed that not having social media made the cast – which also included David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox and Matt LeBlanc – closer together.
“It was the ’90s and ’00s, and we had the luxury that there was no social media or the internet, so we were very isolated and protected,” Jennifer told Quinta.
“You didn’t have to deal with what people were saying and tearing you down or whatever. It was a dream time.
“It was very nostalgic,” the Picture Perfect star said. “It was a very innocent time, where we could travel the world a lot more easily. Even though it became a big deal, we were able to be together and support each other. But again, there were no phones. It’s not like there were hundreds of screens telling you what it is.”
Meanwhile, September 22 will mark 30 years since the show premiered, just one month before the anniversary of Matthew’s death.
The 17 Again actor was 54 when he was found dead in his Los Angeles home on Oct. 28, and an autopsy revealed the cause of death was due to the acute effects of ketamine.
The Murder Mystery actress recalled the comedy during a conversation with Variety: ‘Lisa Kudrow, by the way, hated it when the audience laughed… She was like, “I’m not done! It’s not that funny!”
Ahead of the show’s 30th anniversary in September, the 55-year-old actor admitted: “It’s so weird to think it’s 30 years old.”
The report also stated that Matthew drowned in the “hot end of his pool,” but that it was a secondary factor in his death.
Two weeks after the Numb star’s death, Lisa reflected on the beginning of Friends in a touching tribute on Instagram.
“I filmed the pilot for Friends Like Us, got cast and we were immediately at the NBC Upfronts,” she wrote. “Then… you suggested we play poker and made it so fun as we bonded. Thank you for that.”
Lisa continued, “Thank you for making me laugh so hard at something you said that my muscles ached and tears ran down my face EVERY DAY. Thank you for your open heart in a six-person relationship that required compromise and a lot of ‘talk.'”

Thank you for the time I got to spend with you, Matthew.”
At the time of Matthew’s death, the Los Angeles Police Department launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his overdose.
And just last month, a law enforcement official shared that the investigation is “coming to a conclusion” and police believe “several people” should be charged.
The source added that the US Attorney’s Office will make the official decision on whether to file charges or not.
However, the US Attorney’s Office has since responded with “no comment.”
