Angel Di Maria has made another attempt to lure Lionel Messi to Paris Saint-Germain, claiming it would be ‘great’ to have the superstar as a teammate.
Messi, 33, will be out of contract with Barça over the summer and his future is more in doubt than ever during his 21-year partnership with the club.
PSG, along with Manchester City, are among the favorites to make football great as he moves on and Di Maria, who plays with Messi for Argentina, has spoken out in hopes of sending him to the Parisians.

Di Maria told BeIn Sports, ‘From my entire career, from everything I’ve seen, I think Leo is from another planet. It would be great to have him as a teammate.
‘But he is a Barcelona player, he has a contract. Then we’ll see. I talk to him a lot and I always tell him that the most important thing is his happiness and that of his family. It’s hard to say anything else. ‘
Despite revealing his intention to leave last summer, Barça has grown hopeful that the Argentinian will stay, with manager Ronald Koeman reiterating his desire to keep him at the club and new president Joan Laporta giving them new hope.

They hope that talks about a possible reunion with Neymar, who has stalled his PSG contract talks, could be a crucial factor at Barca.
It’s not the first time that Di Maria has had his say on Messi’s move to the Ligue 1 club, with Koeman slamming his ‘disrespectful’ comments before the two sides met in February.
“Yes, yes, I hope so,” said Di Maria when asked if Messi could join him in Paris. ‘There are many possibilities. We have to be calm and things will develop. ‘
Di Maria’s earlier comments for PSG vs Barcelona were dismissed as ‘disrespectful’
In January, PSG director Leonardo sparked talk about a move for Messi later this year when he spoke to France Football.
Great players like Messi will always be on PSG’s list. But of course this is not the time to talk about it or dream about it, ‘said the PSG chief.
