Lionel Messi and his young family have purchased a sprawling new $10.75 million estate in Fort Lauderdale that includes 10 bedrooms, a spa room, two boat docks and a swimming pool.
The Argentine superstar – who signed a two-and-a-half-year contract worth $50-60 million per season – has been looking to expand his property portfolio since joining Inter Miami this summer.
He already owned a $9 million luxury apartment in Miami, but was recently spotted house hunting with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and their son Thiago in the Boca Raton area.
But Messi has now signed on to a new 10,500 square foot property within the gated community of Bay Colony, one of the floating neighborhoods north of Fort Lauderdale.
This stunning home is located right next to the waterfront, just a 15-minute drive from Miami’s DRV PNK Stadium and training base.

According to Spanish media Cadena Ser, the World Cup winner bought an apartment in Miami in the Porsche Design Tower in 2019.

According to the listing, the home features an “Italian kitchen with high-end appliances.”

Also included are an “entertainment lounge, executive office, VIP suite and captain’s suite.”
