After sharing a behind-the-scenes video on The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan on Friday, Lily received a number of comments expressing concern about her weight.

In response to the comment, Lily said, “You’ve never seen me completely sober for two years, not smoking and exercising every day.”

The dark haired beauty looked stunning in a black high neck top and styled her long locks in an up-do with her signature bangs.

Earlier in the day, the singer also shared a photo of herself at the Omega dinner to celebrate the start of the Tokyo Olympics on Friday.

She rocked a flowing black top with white stars, moons and a Chanel symbol on it and showed off her new long hair.

Lily began an overhaul of her lifestyle over 20 months ago and quit alcohol and more recently she quit smoking.

The singer has proudly presented her figure in sportswear on Instagram in recent months, after noticing a change in her physique after giving up alcohol.
