Lily Allen has kept her original married name, despite exchanging vows with second husband David Harbor seven months ago.
The 35-year-old singer confirmed she has yet to change her last name as she shared a photo of her COVID-19 vaccination ticket with Instagram followers on Tuesday.
While she revealed that she had received her first dose of the AstraZeneca shot in Oxford, the name ‘Cooper’ was clearly legible at the top of her card.

Lily’s seven-year marriage to builder Sam Cooper, with whom she shares daughters Ethel, nine, and Marnie, seven, ended in 2018, after which the singer later admitted she cheated on her husband.
Cooper, 42, has since revealed his engagement to aristocratic designer girlfriend India Windsor-Clive, two years after his divorce from the singer.
He announced the news on Instagram on Friday, billing himself as ‘an extremely lucky man’.

He shared a photo of himself and his 32-year-old bride-to-be sitting side by side, writing: ‘She’s beautiful, amazing, magical in every way … and she said yes !!!! I am an extremely lucky man. Wow.’
Lily previously admitted cheating on Sam after her struggle with fame led her to lose her identity.
In her telling book, My Thoughts Exactly, she explained how a confrontation with Sam almost resulted in her being divided into sections.

After the breakup of her five-year marriage to Sam in 2016, Lily had a furious argument with her ex over his apparent reluctance to discuss his newfound romance.
In her memoirs, the singer also confessed to hiring female sex workers on her international tour Sheezus in 2014 following the breakup of their marriage.
Following her divorce from Cooper, Lily married Stranger Things star Harbor in September 2020 at the famous Graceland Wedding Chapel.
In photos shared at the ceremony, Lily opted for a short Dior dress inspired by the 60s to exchange vows with a David in a suit, before celebrating their commitment with dinner at the fast food chain In-N-Out .
At the ceremony Lily, which was led by an Elvis Presley impersonator, Lily also used the name Cooper.
