Rapper Lil Uzi Vert – who released their third studio album, Pink adhesive tapein June – just listed a modern, contemporary five-bedroom, six-bath home in Bell Canyon, California for sale for just under $6 million.
The house, which has beautiful views of the surrounding gorge and hills, has a living area of 7,021 square meters. Situated on a 1.35-acre plot with a long, gated driveway and motor court, the two-story residence is notable for its glass walls that enhance the views and connect indoor and outdoor living.
Details include a chef’s kitchen with a generous dining island and wine storage. Upstairs, the master suite features a fireplace and bath with double sinks, soaking tub, glass shower and herringbone tile floors. Balconies wrap around the house, while outdoor areas include an infinity pool and a variety of outdoor living areas. It is mentioned by Carl Gambino of Compass.
The house is part of the Bell Canyon Homeowners Association (whose motto is “where rural life meets city convenience). That means the new owner would have access to HOA amenities, including more than 70 miles of hiking trails, a Cliff May-designed equestrian center, a five-acre private park and tennis courts.
Lil Uzi Vert, whose new album topped the charts Billboard 200 bought the house in July for $4.4 million in 2021, according to public records.
Other celebrities who have owned homes in Bell Canyon over the years include Chrissy Metz, Joe Rogan, Niecy Nash, Trey Songz, Alyssa Milano, Jhené Aiko, Holly Marie Combs and Shaquille O’Neal.
The 1,700-acre gated community of approximately 800 home sites is located just north of Calabasas and just over the LA County line in Ventura County.
