  • Vitale claims that Professor Mark Gresser told her “to lie on the table like a sl **”
  • He then touched her anus and genitals, according to a lawsuit that was filed on Tuesday
  • Vitale says she had agreed to participate in a demonstration that was “normal.”
  • Her classmates ‘then palpated the muscle’ before allegedly being attacked
  • “Wow, he got a hand,” a fellow student would have said to Vitale

A student sues her former professor and claims that he is groping her for her classmates after she has asked her to participate in a demonstration.

Jaclyn Vitale studied massage therapy at the Syosset campus of the New York College of Health Professions in 2016 when she said she was attacked by Professor Mark Gresser.

She claims that Gresser had told her that he was lying on the table like a jerk in his myology class. He then touched her, Vitale claims.

In a lawsuit filed at the federal court in Brooklyn on Tuesday, Vitale says she has agreed to participate in a demonstration of the “hip-walking” muscle found in the lower back.

Her classmates then “palpated the muscle in question”, which was “normal” in the course, The New York Post reports.

But Gresser would have touched her anus and genitals during this role play.

“Wow, he got a hand,” a fellow student against Vitale van Gresser would have said.

Vitale, who now lives in Florida and is looking for unspecified damage, says her figures have subsequently suffered as a result of the alleged incident.

She did not immediately report the incident “because she was afraid of what might come out,” the lawsuit says.

When she told Dean Serge Nerli, Vitale said he “apologized to plaintiff for what had happened to her and promised to investigate the matter.”

But the lawsuit says that ‘stalking’ went ahead and that Vitale left the course in February 2018 to save itself from ‘constant harassment and harassment’.

Reportedly, Gresser made “hand-made comments and inappropriate comments.”

The college said it had not seen a copy of the suit and did not comment.

Gresser did not respond to the claims.
