Liam Payne shows off his rock hard abs in a shirtless gym snap as he introduces fans to his adorable new puppy
Liam Payne sent the temperature up on Saturday when he shared a shirtless photo of himself working up a sweat in his home gym.
Introducing his 23.1 million Instagram followers to his adorable new French bulldog puppy, the hitmaker, 27, joked in his caption, “If your puppy decides to jump into your progress photo.”
Wearing nothing but black shorts, white trainers and socks, the former One Direction star held his head to the side as he posed in a mirror, with lots of expensive equipment around him.

On the floor in front of Liam was a small white and beige puppy, with the sweet doggy looking up at Liam, who is still rocking peroxide blond hair.
The father of one of them later took to Instagram to reveal that he enjoyed a plate of iced cinnamon rolls after his workout, writing, “Post-workout snack not recommended.”
He then posted another photo of his heartbreaking new pet.
Earlier in July, it was revealed that Liam — who shares four-year-old son Bear with his ex Cheryl — has become the latest star to invest in a depression treatment made from psychedelic drugs, such as magic mushrooms components.

Liam has joined a number of other prominent figures in investing in Atai Life Sciences, including American DJ Diplo, real name Thomas Pentz, 42, and new Dragons’ Den star Steve Bartlett, 28.
He has become the latest celebrity to invest in the new biopharmaceutical company.
Atai Life Sciences is conducting clinical trials looking at treating mental disorders through the use of psychedelic drugs, such as components of magic mushrooms.
Just days after the company went public in late June, Liam tweeted, “I am a supporter and investor in Atai.

‘Proud to learn more every day about the developments that are taking place worldwide.’
Liam has spoken openly about his own mental health struggles in the past, revealing that he battled suicidal thoughts after becoming famous at age 16, alongside Harry Styles in X Factor boy band One Direction.
“Under certain circumstances, I’m lucky to still be here,” he told Sky One’s Straight Talking with Ant Middleton.
“There are times when that level of loneliness and people come into you every day, it’s like, ‘When will this end?” That almost killed me a few times.”
He welcomed son Bear with former Girls Aloud singer Cheryl in March 2017, a milestone he claims has also “blown him up”, adding: “Becoming a father at such a young age, it’s so difficult.
“And I think I built fatherhood in my head so much that it confused me a little bit at first. I started in a bad place.”
