Liam Gallagher has slammed critics over his vocals at the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois boxing match at Wembley on Saturday night.
Fans of the Wonderwall singer, 52, who is set to reunite with his brother, Noel, for an Oasis tour in 2025, branded his performance “terrible” and some even threatened to sell their tickets for future shows.
During some expletive-laden posts on X this morning, Liam responded to several fans who were discussing his performance.
One fan tweeted in defence of Liam: “Last night at Wembley, awesome motherfucker. Fuck those motherfuckers with their ears stapled to their arseholes. It’s not Jason Donovan’s gig, it’s RnR.”
In response, Liam agreed, writing: “What exactly do you think this damn pop concert is? Softies can’t stand punk rock vibes.”

Liam continued to agree with a Tweet that read: ‘Liam you sounded f***ing BIBLICAL last night, people’s attitude towards you SUCKS – Live Forever.’
When another fan asked Liam what he thought of those who were “complaining about how you sounded yesterday,” Liam simply replied, “FUCK THOSE BUBBLES.”
Dubois shocked the world and knocked out AJ in the fifth round of their IBF heavyweight title fight on Saturday night.
But after performing a three-song set (Rock n’ Roll Star, Supersonic and Cigarettes and Alcohol), fans didn’t hold back about Liam’s performance, with some saying they were glad they didn’t get tickets.
The much-criticised performance came after many were left disappointed when technical difficulties on the Ticketmaster website and sky-high dynamic pricing prevented them from securing tickets for Oasis’ tour next year.

However, some fans enjoyed the singer’s performance, as one wrote: ‘You were better than the main event… I think you were on longer too!’;
‘Liam Gallagher, the highlight of my night’;
‘Liam Gallagher will sound exactly like he has for years tonight, for those of you who have only heard Wonderwall 30 YEARS ago’;

British rivals Dubois and AJ finally met inside the ring to fight for the heavyweight title inside a packed Wembley Stadium and, to the surprise of many, it was Dubois who emerged victorious.
From the start of the fight, ‘Dynamite’ Dubois put on a sensational display, showcasing his immense power and scoring a knockdown in the first round.
Despite what some may say was a “terrible” show, Liam helped make history and the show became the biggest live boxing event in British history.
The previous record for the largest attendance at a UK boxing event was 94,000 fans for a 2021 fight between Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte.
Among the 96,000 fans who packed the stadium were Love Island’s Maya Jama, Connor McGregor and Emma Burton.
Boxing legend Tyson Fury also made an appearance with his son Tommy, who was booed when he appeared at the stadium following his split from Molly-Mae Hague.
And some enjoyed the performance, as some fans watching the big fight at the time said the Brit was still “the man.”
“I don’t want to see any slander against Liam Gallagher here, he’s just biblical”
‘Liam Gallagher, the coolest man on the planet’

And boxing fans in attendance also seemed happy to see the singer, as they could be heard chanting “Liam, Liam” between songs.
The iconic frontman strutted around with his trademark confidence and almost nonchalance playing a selection of percussion instruments, including maracas and a tambourine.
