Lewis Capaldi has scored his fifth number one single ever with his new hit Wish You The Best, just weeks before the release of his second album.
The Scottish singer, 26, marked the occasion in his usual comedic style by posing shirtless with five WWE belts, one of which he raised in the air in victory.
He uniquely posed with the belts as he was unable to secure an official No. 1 single award as he is currently touring the United States.
Lewis released his piano ballad Wish You The Best on April 14, and within a week it rose straight to the top of the charts.
Elsewhere on the charts, Metallica claimed their first number one album in a whopping 15 years with their new release 72 Seasons.

His new single is part of his highly anticipated second album Broken by Desire to Be Heavenly Sent, following his 2019 debut Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent.
His second album is set for release on May 19 and Lewis has already shared a string of hit singles including How I’m Feeling Now, Pointless and Forget Me.
Lewis will travel across the US in the coming weeks to perform at a series of sold-out shows in Denver, Seattle, Portland and Dallas, among others.
He will then return to Europe before flying to Australia for a slew of shows in July, before performing at Leeds and Reading Festival in August.
Since the release of Wish You The Best last week, Lewis has been playfully promoting his new single in his usually amusing way.
The star recently took to Instagram to share dazzling snaps of himself undressing while dousing himself in water and posing in a flirtatious manner.
Lewis looked in his element as he smiled around in front of giant silver balloons spelling out his name, alongside white and blue balloons to represent his nationality.
Dressed in black slacks and white with green trainers, the crooner had a cheeky grin on his face as he pulled off his best modeling poses.
Underneath his post, Lewis wrote a slightly X-rated message in an effort to emphasize that he hoped the new song would leave fans in tears.

He wrote, “I want to get you soaking wet. Then your eyes. Listen to wish you well and feel yourself moisten.’
His latest single Wish You The Best was released last week and is another memorable love song.
The chorus includes the lyrics, “Oh my love, I want to say I miss the green in your eyes.” And when I said we could be friends, I lied.
“I want to say I wish you had never left. But instead I wish you only the best.
“I want to say without you that everything is wrong, that you were all I needed all along.”
Speaking to DJ Scott Mills on BBC Radio 2 last Friday, he said of the song: “It’s about someone moving on and that feeling where you know it’s best for that person but you want to say to them and everything what you’re saying is “good luck I’m really happy for you.”
He poked fun at his own penchant for writing songs about sad situations, adding, “But basically you’re dying inside and wanting to tell them all the things you miss about them and why they should stay with you, so just a very cheerful song for the summer.’
On the radio show, Lewis also opened up about his new relationship with actress Ellie MacDowall, saying, “I have a girlfriend and she’s doing really well, I’m very happy, she’s a lovely lady, I feel good about everything.”
The hitmaker was first seen with Ellie in November, when the pair were pictured having a night out and then a romantic dinner in the wee hours of the morning.
They were then reportedly seen at BRIT’s after party in February, where they struggled to keep their hands off each other.
This year, Ellie will star in the new biopic Archie, starring the actor Cary Grant.
The four-part drama series covers his humble beginnings in the UK to his phenomenal rise to success in America.
Ellie plays his daughter Jennifer Grant in the series, which will air on ITV’s new streaming service, ITVX.
Lewis previously dated Love Island winner Paige Turley from 2014 to 2016, after they met at university in Motherwell.
The Someone You Love hitmaker also talked about his struggle with Tourette’s syndrome in an extended chat with radio host Scott.
He provided insight into how he copes with Gilles de la Tourette – a neurological disorder characterized by a combination of involuntary sounds and movements called tics.
He said: ‘There’s no real treatment for Gilles de la Tourette, I’m in a position where I can cancel a whole day’s work… I feel really bad for other people, that must be so much worse.

“You don’t have the luxury I have. That is very difficult for a small child who has to go to school.’
Lewis, who recently released his Netflix documentary How I’m Feeling Now, also shared his struggles with anxiety, saying he had “multiple” panic attacks over the weekend.
“I had multiple panic attacks on Saturday night. I went out for a few beers. I feel anxious after drinking,” he said.
“My mom had to calm me down and get into bed with me. The whole week after that I felt free.’
