The actor, 49, was followed by model Neelam Gill as he left after appearing at a party in the French capital.
Meanwhile, model Neelam, 29, was seen jumping into the same vehicle after heading to the party in a white. A minidress and a long gray coat.
The Titanic star has been dating model Vittoria Ceretti for just over a year, but she was nowhere to be seen.
Leonardo has been seen with Neelam on several occasions in recent years, but has been linked to Vittoria since August 2023.
