Lenny Kravitz, 57, shows off taut abs in unbuttoned shirt: ‘Building a deck’

Lenny Kravitz gets his hands dirty while giving body.

On Wednesday, the 57-year-old musician and actor shared several photos of himself showing off his incredible abs in an unbuttoned shirt as he walked barefoot with an axe. In a second photo he can be seen with a jackhammer.

“Wednesday. 2:55 PM. Building a terrace,” Kravitz captioned the photo.

Celebrity friends and fans couldn’t contain their awe as they flooded his comment section. Even his daughter, Zoe Kravitz, who he shares with ex-wife Lisa Bonet, got in on the action.

“You’re auditioning for M[agic] m[ike]3?” she wondered.

“I’m done!” he answered.

“Oh s**t!! Do the gentlemen’s work I see!! I’ll call you soon to get into your schedule, my friend. Hehehe,” Channing Tatum wrote.

“Only Lenny can dress like he’s at the beach building a deck lol,” said one fan.

“Are those abs real? Too bad,” someone continued.

Kravitz has been open about how he maintains his amazing body, including the fact that he is vegan and mainly eats the food he grows at his home in the Bahamas.

“A great blessing of living here in the Bahamas is that I can grow my own food… I’m very careful about what I put into my body and how I take care of my body. It’s a combination of eating and exercising all these things and keeping my muscles and joints in shape so I can do what I’m doing. I’d rather be outside and in nature than locked up in a gym,” he explained in an interview with Men’s health last October.

In an interview in September with Vanity Fair, he revealed that not only does he depend on the Bahamian lifestyle for his food, but he also takes advantage of what the island has to offer for what he puts on his body, making him look practically timeless.

“I wash my face with water, honestly,” he admitted. “When I’m here I scrub it with the sand of the ocean because it’s very fine and powdery. I use coconut oil on my body, shea butter, cocoa butter, all organic. I use Dr. Bronner’s almond soap. I wash my body With it, I wash my hair with it and I wash my clothes with it. It’s a very simple island routine, but I carry that with me everywhere. And of course, any fragrance or oil, but it’s really that simple.”
