Le Youngster star Ben Youngs has supported Manu Tuilagi on next year’s Lions tour, even if he’s moving overseas.

As one of five players who turned down a low-cost contract with Leicester, Tuilagi is now looking into play opportunities in England, France and Japan.

A move abroad would make the 29-year-old inadmissible to England, but Youngs believes he would still play in Warren Gatland’s Lions squad.

“I’m sure he has every chance to make that tour whether he plays in England or not,” said Youngs.

“He is an incredible talent. The five boys are good friends of mine. I wish them all the best. ‘
