Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers is reportedly ready to raid his former club Celtic by making a deal for midfielder Callum McGregor.
Rodgers worked with the all-action midfielder between 2016 and 2019 while managing the Glasgow club.
And the Sun report that the Northern Irishman is still a huge fan of McGregor and will try to get him to Leicester as the Foxes plan to spend this summer joining their team.
Leicester City has been linked with a move for Celtic midfielder Callum McGregor
McGregor, 27, has signed a long-term contract after committing himself in 2019 amid reported interest from Rodgers, indicating that he wanted to be a part of future success at the Hoops.
But Celtic are looking for a remodel in the summer after seeing their bid for a tenth successful Scottish Premiership title snatched from Rangers this season.
The report indicates that this will give Rodgers another attempt to sign the Scotland international.

The 27-year-old is a key figure for Celtic, but the club has had a disappointing season
McGregor has been a key player for Celtic since his debut in 2013, scoring 53 times and registering 63 assists in 320 games for the club.
He also has 29 international caps and will be a key player for Scotland at the European championships this summer.
He would be a useful addition to an impressive midfield that already people like James Maddison, Wilfried Ndidi and Youri Tielemans pride themselves on.
