Leeds United are discussing a £10m transfer for Bayern Munich midfielder Marc Roca.

However, Leeds football director Victor Orta believes the Spain U21 international would fit into the Premier League.

West Ham were also interested in Roca, but David Moyes is considering other options.
Roca, who has made over 100 appearances in LaLiga but struggles to secure a place at Bayern, has a two-year contract for five years with the Bundesliga giants.
The Spaniard, who was part of the squad that won the European Under-21 Championship in 2019, has played just 15 league games for Bayern.
Roca has struggled to get playing time since joining Bayern in 2020 from Spain’s Espanyol
Leeds, meanwhile, faces competition from Aston Villa for young West Ham striker Sonny Perkins.
The Elland Road club have already bolstered their roster by signing Danish defender Rasmus Kristensen from RB Salzburg.
The 24-year-old has agreed a five-year deal at Elland Road and will officially join the Yorkshire side on July 1.
The right-back is Leeds’ second signing in the summer transfer window – and their second from Salzburg, the former club of head coach Jesse Marsch – after the capture of Brenden Aaronson.
