LeBron James plans to pick up his $51.4 million player option for next season with the LA Lakers, according to reports.

Athletic’s Shams Charania claims that LeBron will return to the Lakers with a new contract in the 2024-24 season.

The news comes just two days after his son, Bronny, joined him in Los Angeles after being selected by the team in the second round of the NBA Draft.
