Bronny was seen Friday for the first time since falling ill when LeBron and the James family went out for dinner at the celebrity hotspot.
LeBron arrived only with his wife Savannah and their daughter Zhuri but the Lakers star left a few hours later alongside Bronny and his other son, Bryce.

Bronny was rushed to hospital on Monday after collapsing at USC’s Galen Center, where he was training with the rest of the Trojans basketball team.
The teenager was admitted to intensive care before being stabilized afterwards. He was finally fully discharged from the hospital on Thursday.
After announcing that Bronny had been released, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center said in a statement Thursday, “Thanks to the quick and efficient response of USC Athletics medical staff, Bronny James was successfully treated for sudden cardiac arrest.
“He arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center fully conscious, neurologically intact and stable.
‘M. James was taken care of quickly by highly trained personnel and sent home, where he is resting.
“While his toll continues, we hope he continues to improve and are encouraged by his response, his resilience and the support of his family and community.”

LeBron, meanwhile, tweeted a statement Thursday thanking fans for the messages of support his family has received.
“I want to thank the countless people who send love and prayers to my family,” he wrote on Twitter.
