Zhuri is seen paying tribute to her father's NBA career, wearing number 6 for her volleyball team

LeBron James had a proud girl-dad moment via social media on Friday, posting a roll of photos of his 10-year-old daughter Zhuri as she started her volleyball career.

In the photos, Zhuri is seen paying tribute to her father’s NBA career, wearing No. 6 in the blue and white uniforms.

Her father, an NBA legend, wore the number as a member of the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers and Team USA.

LeBron and Savannah James know their kids are in the spotlight because they have one of the best athletes of all time as a father.

Still, they haven’t tried to hide their children from the camera, partly because of their athletic careers.

Eldest child Bronny James was a star at USC before being drafted by the Lakers this year to play on the same team as him. Bryce James is a star at prep powerhouse Sierra Canyon and has an Ohio State men’s basketball offer.

Bronny wore No. 6 with the Trojans, but has worn No. 9 in the NBA. Bryce has never worn one of his father’s jersey numbers, opting for Nos. 5 and 30 with the Trailblazers.

‘YOU GO GIRL!!!!! @allthingszhuri LET’S GO BABY Z!! Good luck this season and GO CRAZY!! #JamesGang,” LeBron said in the caption of the photos.

Zhuri James is listed in the Class of 2023, meaning Division I schools could have her on official visits in five years.

If Zhuri excels, the phrase “blocked by James” could take on a whole new meaning.

Instead of filling Andre Iguodala, it would be Zhuri denying an opponent the net.

On Thursday night, LeBron James set an NBA record for most minutes of any player in league history, surpassing former Los Angeles great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and sealing another incredible all-time record.
