LeBron James and the Lakers are OUT of the NBA playoffs as a last-gasp 108-106 loss to the Nuggets seals a 4-1 series loss.

A last-gasp Jamal Murray double gave the Denver Nuggets a 108-106 victory over the LA Lakers and sent LeBron James and company to the NBA playoffs.

Knowing a win was needed to keep the series alive at 3-1 down, LeBron scored 30 points as he desperately tried to lead the Lakers over the finish line.

In the end, however, their efforts were not enough, as a Murray double in the final seconds sealed a late victory for the Nuggets, who advance to the Conference Semifinals after a 4-1 series victory in the first round. .
