Taylor Swift made a panicked early-morning phone call to her boyfriend Travis Kelce after she was left “shocked” by the horrific shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs parade just hours after landing in Australia.

She then called her new friend Brittany Mahomes, whose husband Patrick is Travis’ teammate, and the pair took solace in each other after the incident that claimed a life.
“Taylor was extremely worried when she heard about the shooting, as expected,” a source exclusively told DailyMail.com. She got on the phone with Travis right away and she was incredibly relieved to hear her voice.
“She also spoke to Brittany and they were touched by this tragedy.”

Lisa López-Galván, 44, died when two young gunmen opened fire on the crowd during a “personal dispute” that escalated. Twenty-one other people were injured, including nine children. Three people were arrested after the incident.
Taylor made two $50,000 donations to the GoFundMe page set up for the Kansas City radio DJ’s grieving family.
“She was heartbroken to hear of the death and hopes her donation will help,” the source added.
“She has a lot of love for the Kansas City community and sends her all her love and support.”
Donating the money, Taylor wrote: “I send you my deepest condolences and condolences following your devastating loss.” Love, Taylor Swift.’
Travis, 34, also tweeted, telling his fans that the violence had left him “heartbroken.”
He then continued to celebrate his Super Bowl success while enjoying a meal at a local restaurant with his Chiefs teammates.
