A judge has approved Leah Remini’s divorce from her husband of 21 years, Angelo Pagan.
The 54-year-old actress announced her split from the 56-year-old actor in late August with a lengthy social media post.
It comes after the exes, who share daughter Sofia, 20, signed their deal in early October.

“We are proud of how we have worked together on this,” they said. “Yes, we are sad and have some things to do as we continue to move toward our new normal: still together in many ways and apart in some new ways.”
They added that “we both changed, like people change” and “we got used to playing roles that no longer suited us.”
Remini and Pagan said their “bond is still strong,” but “it’s just become something different,” adding that their “marriage was a huge success.”
And they emphasized: “We want to be as transparent as possible here because, for years, we shared our marriage publicly, whether in our specials on VH1 or on our reality show, which lasted two seasons on TLC.”
