A lawyer has accused a married father-of-four of raping her in front of 1,000 live viewers after meeting him on a dating app.
The woman, 31, said she met the 46-year-old man, named in German reports as Tim B due to local privacy laws, in May 2022.
According imageThe defendant traveled often for work. He found the woman on a dating app and planned a meeting at a hotel in Mitte.
But on May 12, the alleged victim claims that she was raped by an armed forces worker at the hotel, between 9:00 p.m. and 11:55 p.m.
According to the Berlin lawyer, at the beginning Tim had fulfilled the agreement they had made to have sex using a condom.
She said that at first everything was consensual until soon he started complaining that he “couldn’t do it” like that and “thought it was ‘bullshit.'”
Nina said Tim’s wife knew he was cheating on her, but he promised her he would never have unprotected sex with another woman.
But the lawyer claims her wishes to use a condom were ignored, and Tim quickly ripped it off before pulling out his mobile phone and turning on a live stream.

He then allegedly raped Nina while about 1,000 online viewers watched.
Tim denied the rape allegations, saying: “I have had a couples profile with my wife on the sex site for seven years.”
‘Everyone can do their own thing with us. But never without a condom!’
He claimed the Berlin woman “undressed very quickly” and was asked about her feelings about having sex live on the Internet.
Tim said: ‘She agreed but held a pillow in front of her face. “After 45 minutes I didn’t want to do it anymore.”
The officer protested his innocence, stating that at peak times during the live broadcast there were 100 men there and that he “never raped her.”
‘When she wanted to go home, I even gave her my intercity ticket. My name was on it. I wouldn’t have been so stupid if I had raped her earlier!’ said.
But prosecutors were not convinced.
They said around 1,000 people had access to the video recordings and that “the images were capable of causing significant damage to their reputation”.
Tim is due back in court on February 10 for a verdict hearing.
