The TOWIE star, 38, has been open with fans about her struggles with her weight in the past, and even previously admitted she was “bored of her curves” and wanted to be “really skinny.”
However, as the year 2025 begins, Lauren used an old image of herself as inspiration to return to her previous appearance, captioning the snap: “Being like this again.”
The image in question shows the television personality, who has been working on her fitness in recent months, posing up a storm on a beach while sporting a neon pink and black two-piece suit.
She oozed confidence as she showed off her toned abs and legs while standing in front of an idyllic sunset.
In July, Lauren confirmed she had returned to the gym after taking a three-and-a-half week break from her fitness routine following a health scare.

The TV personality shared a mirror selfie and revealed that her first day back at the gym had left her feeling “strong.”
Lauren sported a baggy black t-shirt and baggy white shorts. and she was left without makeup after her first workout in almost a month.
She captioned the post: ‘After 3.5 weeks of no training or diet… today was my first day back and I was feeling strong! I wasn’t sure what it was going to be like, but I’m back!!’
‘I had a little health scare. I’ve been training for 2.5 months most days and then went to 0 due to life stress and other distractions, plus it’s 6 weeks of vacation!’

The beauty previously committed to a new health boost after admitting earlier that year that she found herself “ordering takeaway” when she became a mother.
And it looks like Lauren is determined to achieve her fitness goals, as she revealed she is determined to lose weight.

Lauren finally admitted that she underwent a Brazilian butt lift after previously denying having undergone the procedure to plump up her butt.
As the TOWIE star prepared to return to a more natural look, she revealed she had the operation in 2017 and also had her breasts enlarged in 2013 from 34D to 34E.
Lauren said she’s “been unhappy for a while” and plans to tone down her appearance to be more “natural.”
