Woods, 37, has headlined football and boxing coverage for several big-name broadcasters.
She is now engaged to former Love Island star Adam Collard and is expecting her first child.
It is the first time Woods has paid herself a sum since founding the business in 2014, and the 37-year-old has quickly climbed the broadcasting ladder.
Woods, who is engaged to former Love Island star Adam Collard, also got an advance worth £512,292, accounts covering until the end of 2023 show.
Even after the payment, his company still holds assets worth £635,247, including £460,501 in the bank.
He is said to have earned around £250,000 a year during his time at talkSPORT and is likely to have received a substantial pay rise after signing for TNT Sports.
An Arsenal fan, Woods started out as a runner on Sky Sports before becoming one of the biggest names in broadcasting.
Away from the cameras, Woods announced in July that she was pregnant with her first child less than a year after her relationship with Collard, 28, became public.
Collard, 28, got down on one knee to propose to Woods on a beach in St Ives in September.
The happy couple made their romance public in October 2023 with some loving snapshots.
Woods took to Instagram to share the news with her followers, posting a photo of her French bulldog and an ultrasound scan along with the caption, “Hi baby.”
Collard appeared on Love Island in 2018 and 2022 and also starred on Celebs Go Dating last year, but admitted she had met Woods through Instagram.
The couple embarked on a luxury vacation to Mexico in March and went skiing in the French Alps with a group of friends in February.
Collard previously made public his intention to “marry and have children” with Woods, saying: ‘I’m protective, whether it’s Laura, my family or my friends.
‘I want to get married. I also want to have children. I’ve always thought, what kind of person will I be? How can I protect my children?
Collard previously admitted his intention to marry Woods and have children.
Woods took to social media with this touching photo to share the news that she was pregnant.
‘Obviously I’ve never had a child, but I don’t think I mention it everywhere (on social media). I want them to have a fair fight and a chance to not be judged right away.
‘As long as my closest circle knows exactly who I am, I don’t care. I think you have to take everything with a pinch of salt.’
Collard got down on one knee to propose to Woods on a St Ives beach in September and later gushed that his partner was “his whole world”.
