The Sky Sports presenter, 37, and the Love Island star, 28, announced the happy news to their fans on social media on Monday night.
The couple, who are expecting their first child together, looked happier than ever as they posed for sweet photos after Adam got down on one knee on St Ives beach.
Alongside snaps of the special moment, Laura wrote: “And just like that, you make me happy. Thank you @carbisbayestate, the place where we fell in love and now the place where we got engaged, you made it so special. What a summer x.”
Sharing his own gallery of photos from the proposal, Adam gushed that Laura is “his whole world.”

The couple’s celebrity friends, including Manchester City footballer Jack Grealish, Piers Morgan and Love Island’s Chloe Burrows, were quick to comment to congratulate the couple.
In one snap, Laura put her hands to her face in shock as Adam proposed on the beach before the pair were seen hugging each other in another photo.
Laura couldn’t contain her smile as she snuggled up to her new fiancé while showing off her dazzling engagement ring to the camera.
The exciting news comes after Laura made her shock pregnancy announcement, sharing her first glamorous snaps on Instagram.
Underneath the trio of images, Laura wrote: “Entering the era of mums thanks to my love @makeupwithjourdan for making me feel like myself again. Come join me at 9pm on @eurosport 1 and @discoveryplusuk tonight for all the Olympic talk you need in your life!”
Laura took to Instagram to share the happy news with her more than 700,000 followers.
Posting a photo of her French bulldog and a sonogram she and Adam were holding, Laura wrote in the caption: “Hi baby.”

Adam, who starred in Love Island in 2018 and 2022, also appeared on Celebs Go Dating last year but met Laura by cheekily DMing her.
The reality TV lothario proved the pair’s relationship has since blossomed when he called Laura a “rock star” with a sweet post on her birthday.
The reality star opened up about how they met during an appearance on an episode of the Getting Lippy Gossip Show in December.
He said: ‘I followed her on Instagram because I had watched a Lionesses game or something and then I DM’d her because she put a funny meme on her story.
“I’ll raise my hands, yes, I admit it, although she has criticized my life many times.”
That same month, Adam told OnlyAccounts.com: ‘I’m protective, whether it’s with Laura, with my family or with my friends. I want to get married. I also want to have children. I’ve always thought: what kind of person will I be? How can I protect my children?’
‘Obviously I’ve never had a child, but I don’t think I’ll post it all over social media. I want them to have a fair fight and a chance to not be judged right away.

Adam added that he’s not worried about the eight-year age gap between him and Laura, saying: “We’re not necessarily your average everyday couple.
Since going public, the couple has not been shy about hinting at their romance, both posting photos of each other on Instagram.
The couple went on a luxury holiday to Mexico in March, after going skiing in the French Alps with a group of friends in February.
Adam shared a series of steamy snaps with his girlfriend from their romantic trip to Tulum, Mexico.
The Love Island star and sports presenter looked completely smitten with each other in the sun-drenched photos.
In one photo, Adam is seen shirtless giving Laura a kiss, who had her face uncovered, as they relax on the beach.
