Larry Emdur has shared his anger at a TV viewer who was not very excited to see him appear on Channel Seven’s Good Friday Appeal.

In a post on Instagram on Sunday, The Morning Show host shared the comment that read: ‘Channel Seven has anyone else?’ Or simply Larry Emdur every day, morning, noon and night.’

The TV star was quick to respond with a lengthy text, writing: Dear idiot, I actually take it back, you’re probably not an idiot, you’re probably a reasonable guy, but you don’t. I don’t like you and it’s very likely that I won’t like you.

‘I’m fine with not liking me on TV, hell I don’t even like me on TV. “You tagged me in your post so you wanted me to see it and I did and I just wanted you to know this,” she continued.

‘There are at least 50 people at Channel Seven who could have presented the entire Good Friday Appeal broadcast, so I felt incredibly honored to be asked to present such a mammoth programme.

“On Thursday afternoon I left Sydney for Melbourne, Thursday was my dear Mum’s birthday and I missed her birthday dinner so I could go to the Royal Children’s Hospital early on Friday morning for several live crossovers with The Morning Show to begin increasing interest and donations for the call.

‘It was a great day full of love and hope and meeting some very sick and very brave children and their families. Then, at 7:00 pm, I sat in my host’s chair at the panel to prepare for our start at 7:30 pm. I didn’t get up from that chair until 11:30 pm.

‘I guess that’s what you’re complaining about. During that day I was proudly a very small part of a huge machine that raised more than 23 million dollars, a new record.

‘This money will go towards research, doctors, medical personnel, resources, equipment and special support projects. Dude, I don’t know what you did on Friday, but there’s a good chance I was a part of something that will definitely improve the lives of sick kids and most likely save lives along the way. Enjoy the rest of your Easter.’
