Lara Worthington has dropped a revealing hint that she could star in the new season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia.
The model, 37, shared a photo on Instagram on Wednesday of a black bag that had a bottle of bug spray in it.
The branding on the bottle was ‘Jungle Formula’ and Lara made sure it was the main focus of the image.
She captioned the image by simply adding a palm tree emoji.
Interestingly, Lara also appeared to have deleted all comments on the post except one from Australian model Elyse Taylor.
“I know you’re not on vacation anymore, Lara,” he wrote, hinting that the media personality could be heading to the jungle.
Lara Worthington has dropped a revealing hint that she could star in the new season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia
It comes as the top-rated reality show has teased that a ‘mega movie star’ will soon enter the jungle, with fans speculating Sabrina The Teenage Witch’s Melissa Joan Hart is the most likely candidate.
Famed lifeguard Harrison Reid on Monday became the latest television personality to venture into the South African jungle.
The 2025 series also features Love Island star Tina Provis, footballer Zach Tuohy, comedian Geraldine Hickey, TV star Nicky Buckley and influencer Max Balegde.
Also starring are Married At First Sight’s Samantha Moitzi, Olympian Shayna Jack, comedian Dave Hughes and rugby league player Sam Thaiday.
Reality stars Reggie Bird, of Big Brother fame, and former Bachelor Matty Johnson round out the list.
Meanwhile, host Julia Morris was joined again by co-host Robert Irwin after Chris Brown’s departure in 2023.
The new season of I’m A Celebrity premiered on Sunday night and was quickly criticized by viewers as “unfunny” and full of “nobodies”.
‘The lowest common denominator among the desperate past. Can’t they invest in Australian actors, directors and writers? one person wrote.

The model, 37, shared a photo on Instagram of her black bag which had a bottle of insect repellent branded ‘Jungle Formula’.
“Biggest load of crap ever,” said another, while another posted: “Some of Julia’s jokes are older than me.” And not so fun.
‘Up to this point I have only heard of four of the celebrities. Lowest ever for me,” someone else chimed in.
‘Yes, this show peaked last year and the fall from grace is extreme. No more #ImACelebrityAU for me,” wrote another.
Last year, I’m A Celebrity was said to have been on the chopping block until an addition to the jungle series was made to save the ratings.
Daily Mail Australia exclusively revealed the show, which features celebrities living in the jungle with few amenities, was not expected to return last year.
According to an inside source, host Julia Morris told a close friend that she wasn’t sure the show would air again until Robert found out about the series.
The addition of Wildlife Warrior to the reality show after former co-host Dr Chris Brown jumped to Channel Seven revitalized the series.
“I think if Dr. Chris Brown and Julia Morris were still ‘celebrity’ hosts it could have been done, but Robert Irwin’s addition to the show has given it new life. The younger Irwin really saved the show,” he said the source.

Interestingly, Lara also appeared to have deleted all comments on the post, except one from Australian model Elyse Taylor.
“There are also a lot of established fans who have supported this show over the years and I think returning in January is the right decision for the show and there are great people behind the production of the show.
“It helps when you have a strong team that believes in the show and the ‘celebrity family’ behind the scenes didn’t go down without a fight.”
The source went on to say that ITV Australia, the company that produces I’m A Celebrity, came on board to keep the show on the schedule, citing Robert among the show’s strengths.
“The fact that Robert was a star was obviously part of that narrative,” they said.
Part of the impetus to keep I’m A Celeb on the air was also the failure of the Warner Bros.-produced Gladiators reboot.
