The 37-year-old model showed off plenty of skin in a tiny blue patterned bikini during the outing, where she was accompanied by her husband, actor Sam Worthington, 48, and their children.

This is the second time the couple has been spotted in Costa Rica this month: Lara and Sam were spotted enjoying the surf together in early August.
