Lara Flynn Boyle kept it casual as she celebrated her 53rd birthday last week in a rare sighting.
The Twin Peaks vet was seen outside her Los Angeles home on Friday, wearing a down coat, flannel shirt, and Notre Dame sweatpants while tending to some housework.
The makeup-free actress carried a trash bag over her shoulder as she headed towards the recycling bin in her shoe.
She slicked her brown hair back into a fuss-free bun and accessorized it with a chic pair of gold earrings and a delicate choker necklace.
It isn’t often that Lara is photographed outside, as she was last pictured in February 2022 during a night out at Craig’s.

Back in June 2021, she gave a rare interview, as she was preparing for the release of her first film in over five years.
Talking to Hollywood ReporterBoyle — who has been promoting action drama series Death in Texas — takes down the interviewer’s suggestion that it could be considered a comeback role, saying, “I never really went anywhere.”
Best known for her role as Donna Hayward on the 1990s TV series “Twin Peaks,” Boyle gave a refreshingly candid interview, saying she wasn’t afraid to look like a s*** in the new movie.
“It was an obligation for me to go without ego,” she says of the part. I was like, “Look, I’m going to look like a ****. Make me look grimmer than I already do.” It was selfish, again, it was like going back to acting class.
It’s been rumored that the actress has had plastic surgery over the years, and she’s often been spotted looking very different from how she’s remembered on screen.
But the star says, “I’m an actress, so it’s hard to become selfless.” (laughs) Hi! I know! We love attention. But I was like, “Let’s be rude and never 100 percent involve ourselves.” It was a bit of a job to be so thoughtless and focus entirely on another human being.
Born in Iowa, Lara moved to California to work as a child actress in the 1986 film Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.
It then appeared in America in 1987 and then in Dead Poets Society in 1989.

She became famous when she landed the role of Donna Hayward on Twin Peaks from 1990 until 1991.
In the 1990s she appeared in several films including Threesome, Afterglow, and then returned to television with The Practice in 1997.
In 2002, she landed in films again opposite Will Smith in Men In Black II and then moved on to work on Huff.
But in 2005 she returned to television with Las Vegas with Josh Duhamel and Molly Sims. In 2009 she was in Baby On Board and later in Life Is Hot In Cracktown.
Her love life has its ups and downs. Boyle was in a relationship with Twin Peaks costar Kyle MacLachlan from 1990 to 1992.
She married John Patrick D. III in 1996, and divorced two years later.
Later, Boyle dated the 33-year-old Actress Nicholson in A Few Good Men. They announced their romance at the 1999 Emmys, and were together until the end of 2000.
She was linked to Just Shoot Me actor David Spade.
Boyle has been married to real estate investor Donald Ray Thomas II since 2006
